		<title>Otvorene pozicije na projektu UrbanSPARC</title>

Premisa je promatranje vremenskih varijabli, hiperlokalne vremenske prognoze za određene točke interesa i transformacija meteoroloških prognoza u predviđanja kvalitete zraka na studiji slučaja Grada Zagreba. Otvorena radna mjesta su za mlađe istraživače, istraživače, iskusne istraživače i vodeće istraživače. Predviđeni početak projetka je&amp;nbsp;1. siječnja 2026., a trajanje zaposlenja varira za različite pozicije.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Urbana središta diljem svijeta suočavaju se sa značajnim posljedicama klimatskih promjena koje ugrožavaju kvalitetu života građana i imaju dugoročne negativne posljedice na gradsku infrastrukturu, ekosustave i ekonomsku stabilnost. Lokalizirane vremenske prognoze i transformacija u varijable važne za infrastrukturu korištenjem umjetne inteligencije omogućuju pravovremenu prilagodbu. Cilj projekta je povećati otpornost odabranih urbanih ranjivih sektora Grada Zagreba na klimatske promjene kroz duboku digitalizaciju i korelaciju s meteorološkim uvjetima, matematičkim modeliranjem i optimizacijskim postupcima te stvoriti osnovu za učinkovitije procese i koordinaciju sektora u prostornom planiranju s obzirom na očekivane klimatske promjene.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Projekt se provodi u bliskoj suradnji s Gradom Zagrebom i ima za cilj praćenje i optimizaciju kvalitete zraka u zatvorenim prostorima osnovnih škola na temelju složenog odnosa višestrukih klimatski uvjetovanih gradskih infrastruktura eksperimentalnim pristupom.&lt;/p&gt;

Localized weather forecasts and transformation into variables of importance for infrastructure using artificial intelligence enable timely adaptation. The project aims to increase the resilience of selected urban vulnerable sectors of the City of Zagreb to climate change through deep digitalization and correlation with meteorological conditions, mathematical modeling and optimization procedures, and to create a basis for more efficient processes and coordination of sectors in spatial planning with regard to expected climate change.&lt;/p&gt;
