Optimal management of energy consumption in homes due to user behavior

 

Buildings are one of the largest energy consumers in the world and also a space for achieving significant energy savings. Coordination of air conditioning management, consumption of various devices, and systems of energy production and storage, as increasingly frequent trends, is one of the leading directions for achieving building targets as energy independent units and active energy market participants. In order to save energy as efficiently as possible, it is necessary to monitor the behaviors of the user and, on the basis of observation, to fire or disperse the devices. The mathematical model of the residential unit is made on a concrete example of an apartment, ie the appropriate layout of rooms, dimensions and materials used, using the IDA-ICE tool.
